Why Phillip Boshears & Cameron McGhee chose Caryville
Nauti Pines has been a dream for them since they began. They bought it in April 2018 and it had been vacant for over 5 years. They totally gutted and renovated the property from top to bottom and are ecstatic to offer it as a vacation rental to Norris Lake enthusiasts. It offers the most peaceful setting, while having Norris Lake at your fingertips.
What makes this House unique
It offers a tranquil atmosphere on 5.5 acres while being close to I-75. The 1100 feet of shoreline is assured to give you plenty of lake access.

Breathtaking Setting for Outdoor Lake Living!
A technical glitch downgraded the check-in process (the electronic lock would not allow entry), and it took about an hour to get that resolved. But Philip was apologetic and helpful when he responded to provide access, and that gorgeous setting soon erased the initial frustration from our minds. Although compact, the cabin never felt crowded for our extended family gathering. There is room to navigate in the well-appointed kitchen and ample seating at the large dining room table. That ample seating extends to the large deck's table and chairs as well, where we shared several meals together. Our grandson enjoyed both a lake swim and some kayaking with his dad, the brother-in-law wet a line, and my nephew looked tour-ready hitting some range balls off the boat dock decking. So there is plenty to occupy your time if you're compelled to NOT just sit and sip while inhaling this setting! I would be remiss if I did not mention that the mattresses are firm! So if you prefer a softer sleep--as did several in our group--I would suggest bringing a foam topper of some kind. I would also suggest staying longer than the two nights our family had time to gather on this trip! You'll wish you did.
Our family gets together once a year away from home and this was the best house we have rented. The cleanliness was remarkable and the extra touches made it feel like home. We needed to communicate with Phillip a couple of times and his response time was very quick. He genuinely cared about about making your stay the best. We highly recommend Nauti Pines!
This is a lovely home in a perfect location on Lake Norris. The porch is perfect for simply relaxing. We came with two other couples and enjoyed the large dining table and spacious accommodations. The kitchen is large and stocked with lots of dishes and untensils. You will have everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing stay on the lake.
Excellent time at the Nauti Pine
We were very happy at the Nauti Pine. The steps at the bottom were a little steep with winter pool but we were told about that. They also bought a crock pot for us when I asked if there was one there which was one less thing that I had to bring. Thanks for the great time.
Great lake getaway
Wonderful house in the perfect location at Norris Lake!
