AUTHENTIC HOUSE / VILLA of 100 m2 (sleeps 10) completely renovated and isolated (2014), in the middle of a large plot of 600 m2. Facing south, it is in a quiet area, in the city center, close to all shops, beaches, the marina and fishing port, golf course, forest. Address: 7 rue du 19 mars 1962 in Capbreton
The trips are made on foot or by bike thanks to the many hiking and cycling trails.
Free shuttle to the beaches in season (departure 50m from the house)
A daily seasonal market is a 5 minute walk from the house.
The daily fish market live from fishermen is at the port

Séjour En Famille Début Juin 2023

Superbe Maison, bien placée à côté du centre ville de CapBreton et des commerces. La plage est à 20 min à pied. La piscine est top, la maison est très bien équipée. La communication avec la gestionnaire sur place était efficace, nous avons pu prendre l'option draps + serviettes + ménage. Rien à redire si ce n'est de prévoir une voiture (où des vélos) pour aller à la plage. Nous reviendrons à coup sur ! Merci.

Perfect Easter holidays

We enjoyed our stay in this house, that offers everything you need and is located within close walking distance to shops, markets and restaurants. The beaches are only 10 biking minutes away. We recommend Michels place and wouldn‘t mind to return one day!

Emplacement proche du centre

Belle propriété proche du centre ville. Très bon accueil. Seul bémol : une des voisines a reproché de faire du bruit à 15h de l’après midi alors que nous nous amusions dans la piscine. Dommage mais le propriétaire n’est pas responsable du voisinage. Sinon, très bon séjour. Françoise

Excellent séjour en famille

La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif; elle est parfaitement équipée avec une piscine bien entretenue Bien située en ville, dans une rue très calme, à proximité de tous les commerces , du marché et des plages . De plus nous avons bénéficié du beau temps Je recommande cette location.
