Quietly, the villa has a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The villa is ideal for family vacations; the different levels of the villa provide a possibility of full independence for serene holidays.

View over the sea, the port of Theoule and its beaches. Large private swimming pool with a perimeter alarm, garden, large terraces with space for BBQ.

Excellent location in the village conservation area, close to all water activities, shops and closed to tours in the Esterel.

Living area of about 250 m2 on 2 levels, sea view from every room.

Ground floor: Large living room with 4 doors opening onto the terrace ground floor, fitted kitchen, WC + sink, en suite bedroom with French windows opening on the ground floor terrace.
Floor: Main entrance with landing which serves the 4 bedrooms, all with sea views 2 bathrooms..

I welcome you personally upon arrival for the keys and show you around the house.

Living the high life high above the sea!

Fantastic property. It is better than the pictures. Great views of the sea from all of the common areas in the house. Many great patio areas outside as well. The swimming pool area is amazing too. Nothing to complaint about with this one. It came as advertised.

Awesome!

The house is absolutely perfect for a holiday. We stayed 9 friends and loved the house, pool, kitchen and bedrooms. It was clean, large and the view was amazing! Can absolut recommend it and Lucio was a great landlord!

Loved our stay - very unique location

We actually stayed in June 2015, but only as we've come to book for France again that I've realised we didn't write a review!! We had an amazing time, we still talk about our time with our 18 month old and our parents with us. Sitting watching the super yachts park out in the sea outside Theoule sur Mer with our evening aperitif and the sun setting on the Mediterranean are the best memories. The hospitality was fantastic - our hosts couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. We didn't have a car but wish we had, even though walking to the beach and train station was easy enough, getting groceries wasn't - it's a super steep hill!!! The pool and house were fabulous, obviously a much loved family holiday home - you could feel the happy memories. The house has everything you could need and we loved Theoule so much my parents would like to buy a holiday house there. You wouldn't know you were in one of the most glamorous and expensive regions in the world, Theoule is quiet, charming and a world away from the more touristy places of the south of France; whilst still very accessible. We would visit again in a heart beat.

Excellent

We booked this villa for a family holiday and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is in an excellent location with fabulous views and extensive grounds. The property itself is clean, spacious and fully equipped. The owner greeted us on arrival and provided us with his mobile number so that we could contact him, if need be, during our stay. Fortunately, there was no need to contact him as everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely book this villa again and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Beautiful characteristic villa in a superb location with breathtaking views

We rented the villa for a week for a family event in May, group of nine adults and kids. Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool, the terraces around the house and the surrounding area and views over the bay of Cannes. The villa was fully equipped. A characteristic house, not too modern, too luxuries or over the top. We liked it very much and we'll definitely go back there again.
