About this property

This cottage has just been completed has 2 levels. Upstairs living room, kitchen, a toilet and a bath + a mezzanine. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet. Large south-facing windows offer stunning views of the valley.
Many mountain activities are offered nearby, summer and winter: hiking on foot or snowshoes, skiing, sledding, climbing, mountaineering, paragliding etc ... A lake located 15Km offers water recreation.

The chalet is in a resort (Chaillol 1600) and you can even access the beginners piste directly from the chalet (at least when there is enough snow). The spectacle of this track from the balcony of the chalet is also a treat ....
To go from the slopes and the sale of packages, there are 1 km away.
In addition, you can purchase a common week package 3 stations (Chaillol, St Léger les Mélèzes and Laye), which are distant few Km. This makes a pleasant change ...
To the great skiing, you can go to Orcières, about 30 minutes drive.

Très beau Chalet confortable et lumineux. Vue imprenable sur la vallée. Bien équipé et bien situé, peu de neige cette semaine mais suffisamment sur les pistes. Seul petit défaut le parquet grince ... mais vite oublié en journée. Nous avon passé une belle semaine dans vos montagnes.

Die Ortschaft Chaillol ist ruhig und sehr Familienfreundlich. Gastronomie ist fast nicht vorhanden.

Das Objekt hat eine sehr schönen Lage, mit sehr tollem Ausblick auf Berge und Landschaft. Zu der Ski-Piste und zum Zentrum von Chaillol, sind es mit dem Auto ca. 2 min. Die Skiausrüstung kann bei Bedarf direkt an der Piste eingelagert werden, sehr praktisch und das Auto bleibt sauber. Die Mitarbeiter der umliegenden Geschäfte ,Skiverleih, sprechen weitgehend Englisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) gibt es genügend in der näheren Umgebung.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans le chalet, dont la vue est magnifique ! Nous avons eu peu de neige en dehors des pistes et un grand soleil les premiers jours, le chalet est très lumineux, chaleureux et convivial ! Seul bémol, il y avait une chambre envahie de mouches ainsi que plusieurs dans le séjour. Situé à 20 minutes à pieds des pistes, nous avons pu accéder facilement aux pistes et les enfants ont suivi des cours à l'ESF dont l'équipe est géniale et bienveillante ! Enfin, nous sommes repartis des souvenirs pleins la tête !

Magnifique chalet et emplacement idéal

Nous avons pu profiter des nombreuses randonnées de la région à partir de ce magnifique chalet avec une vue fantastique. Nos amis qui n’ont pas pu randonner ont pu apprécier le confort du chalet pour se reposer.

Chalet très agréable avec une vue magnifique

Location très agréable, seul bémol, il manque une table et des chaises pour manger à l'extérieur, ainsi qu'éventuellement un barbecue ou plancha, et quelques plats dans la cuisine.
