About this property

This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.

Warm hospitality Quiet Neighbourhood Good Location

Ève and Alain are kind and thoughtful hosts who are always available to answer questions and give helpful information with a smile. The clean, tidy, and well equipped apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view, lovely yard and a pool. It is ideally located to Uzès and all the many interesting sites in the area. It was a joy to stay here.

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous recommandons à 100% cette location de par son emplacement (à proximité des commerces et de la ville d'Uzes), son confort, sa propreté, son jardin fleuri et sa grande piscine, et surtout pour la discrétion et gentillesse de nos hôtes Eve et Alain. Un grand merci à eux, une très belle rencontre, nous reviendrons volontiers.

Très bon sejours

Nous revenons de 15 jours de chez Eve et Alain, avec 2 garcons de 6 et 10 ans et un bébé de 6 mois, ce sont personnes geniales, à l écoute, tres discret, tres gentil, le logement est tres bien aménagé et très propre, tout est fait pour passer d agreables vacances au calme. Nous recommandons fortement Justine et Mickael

Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme værter. Luksus med stor pool næsten for os selv. Smuk og blomsterrig have. Stor lejlighed hvor intet manglede, og aircondition gav svale på dage med tæt på 40 grader. Meget hyggelig lille by.

UN SEOUR TRES AGREABLE

un séjour très agréable, les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils nous ont très bien accueillis. avec plein de conseils pour découvrir les environs. L'endroit est TRES calme. Les enfants ont bien profités de la piscine.
