About this property

The apartment, in strictly impeccable condition, located on the second floor out of three with lift, facing south.
It has four beds (possibility of joining the two single beds to make a large bed of 1m60)
It is composed as follows: an entrance, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate WC, a bathroom, a living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with large fridge / freezer and dishwasher, a safe, a terrace comfortable where you can dine or lunch for four with a beautiful view of the sea and the golf course of St Tropez. You will have a private parking lot at the complex. The residence is secured by an electric gate with digital code. It has a very large swimming pool with paddling pool and solarium, a playground for children, ping-pong tables, but also a laundromat. Free shuttles in July and August.

Arrival and departure on Saturday from 2 p.m. for arrival and no later than 10 a.m. for departure.

The balance is payable on the day of arrival.

Appartement très petit. Canapé-lit hors d’usage ainsi que le lave-vaisselle. Par contre la vue est magnifique et belle piscine.

Séjour écourté (1 nuit au lieu de 7) pour cause de santé mais refus de dédommagement du propriétaire Pour les jours perdus alors que la semaine a coûté plus de 800€ ! Galère pour récupérer les clés auprès de l’agence immobilière et agent peu aimable et peu enclin à donner les infos nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour Canapé en très mauvais état ne permettant pas d’y dormir, mobilier vétuste, propreté des lieux douteuse, fenêtre de la micro chambre donnant sur le pallier desservant les logements donc pas de possibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Seuls points positifs : belle vue sur la Méditerranée et grande piscine à proximité.

Très belle vue mer mais confort literie très mauvais

Très belle vue mer. Grande piscine (pied partout à 1,50m), le surveillant de la piscine est très professionnel. Lit canapé déplorable, ce n'est pas normal d'arriver dans une location où on n'a pas le confort pour dormir, lit creusé, qui grince dès le moindre mouvement. Merci d'investir pour les locataires futurs. Le deuxième petit frigo ne sert pas à grand chose, le remplacer par un lave-linge. Investir pour une climatisation aussi.
