Welcome to your oasis! Upon arrival you'll be immediately impressed by the beautiful neighborhood. You'll be charmed by the lush tropical setting of the backyard. Walk down the path to the backyard surrounded by greenery. Here you'll discover an inground pool with spa and waterfall. Beyond the pool is a boat lift and a canal nestled among mango, banana, mangrove and lime trees. An outdoor area and gas grill complete the poolside hideaway. The canal which feeds into Estero Bay can provide you with countless hours of fishing opportunities.

The master bedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 2 roll away beds for additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. Your friends and family will have plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing in the large open living room, kitchen, dining area. Enjoy peace, tranquility and ocean breezes in our tropical paradise, stroll the beach, then jump in our refreshing canal side swimming pool.

Great in every way!

This home was better than advertised. Large....clean...complete with every amenity we needed. We couldn't believe just how much space there was in this tastefully decorated unit........the listing photos don't do it justice. The owners were very responsive to any question we had. We could see the sunrise from the front deck and enjoyed the pool area under the lanai throughout the day and evening. The canal/pier area was beautiful where we saw fish and many birds. The walk to the beach was short, safe, and easy. We are veterans to Fort Myers Beach, and this was by far our favorite accommodation we've had to date. Thank you for a great stay!!

Lovely place

I can’t say enough good things about this place!! It’s immaculate, very comfortable and even nicer than the photos. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. Easy walk to the beach. We would love to come back!

Vacation Stay

We did not realize it was a duplex with a shared pool, so at first we were skeptical. But we ended up enjoying everyone’s company and became good friends. The location was great and the property was really nice.
