Are you looking for a quiet get away in the cool pines but don’t want to do the “hotel thing”? Look no further! We are offering our quaint little guest house for your cool pines get away! This casita offers a queen size bed. It has small wardrobe, K-style coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. You will have access to our spectacular courtyard with gas fire pit. Enjoy sitting in the pines, reading, relaxing, napping and listening to the soft sounds of the wind chimes on our patio. RAIN? don’t fret, we also have a covered patio area.
We are in heart of Pinetop: walking distance to Lotus Garden, Los Corrales, The Lodge and within a mile of Charlie Clarks, The Lion's Den, and more. Enjoy Pinetop but escape from the mainstream of our summer visitors. Plenty of room for your boat or ATV/UTV trailer.

The national forest hiking trails are in the neighborhood and access is just a block away! Maps are in the guest house.

We are parents to 6 and grandparents to 12. We love working in our yard and courtyard as we love a beautiful home. The outdoors is our backyard and love being in the yard or in the surrounding mountains. We met over 20 years ago and now that our children are grown, we wanted to do something for us, and this house was it.

Why they chose this property

This is an older eclectic home located in a mature neighborhood that's it's close to everything "Pinetop" . It's a little piece of heaven in Arizona. It's cool in the summer and snow in the winter. We loved the courtyard nd potential of the courtyard. We've put many hours into it and the rest of the house trying to restore and upgrade it into a place we can be proud of. Pinetop is a known summer hotspot and it was close to my parents. We love this place, this town and this environment. Clean air, smaller town but still has so many amenities.

What makes this property unique

You'll love the quaintness of the guest house but the the courtyard will give you that peaceful, relax, "I wanna take a nap" feeling. You will find that the sounds of the wind chimes along with the sounds from the hummingbirds will relax you. Sit by the gas fire pit at night and enjoy the stars or just have a glass of wine. It's so peaceful.
