New villa (2015), has an area of 115m2 on 2 floors plus a tiled garage of 22m2 washing machine and a shed.
the ground floor consists of a bedroom with access to the garden through a bay window, a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. The large living room of 35m2 very bright with fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to terrace and garden.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower and toilet.
Close to shops and the market place, 800m from the beach. you can forget about the car during the holidays and enjoy beautiful walks by foot or bicycle. Maison pas en rapport avec les photos

Maison bien située, grande, sécurisée, très mal entretenue, j'ai du faire les sols, des poils d'animaux du précédent locataire, douche de l'étage bouchée par les cheveux et terrain en friche, et barbecue inutilisable car percé.

Séjour à Barbâtre

Accueil chaleureux et plaisant de la part d’Estelle, en charge de la location. Environnement très calme avec la plage à 800m à pieds : parfait. Néanmoins, bémol sur la maison qui a dû être charmante. Mais que font les anciens locataires ??? Pas un mur ne doit être repeint, entre des morceaux de plâtre en moins et ses insectes écrasés au mur comme au plafond, des finitions à reprendre : dommage pour le prix de la location qui se veut quelque peu élitiste.

Une maison agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les plus, le garage très pratique pour les vélos, le jardin clos pour les chiens. Maison bien située, proche des commerces et de l’océan.
