About this property

If you like great peace and relaxation, located 1/2 hour from ocean beaches, near Biscarosse and Mimizan lakes, Landes golf courses, 1 hour from the Basque Coast and Bordeaux, all shops in Labouheyre unless 10 kms (nearest station), our house, typically Landes dating from 1870 will fulfill all your dreams.
Renovated in 2014, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room for 10 people, as well as a bedroom with private bathroom (bath, shower and separate WC). An office, a laundry room and an entrance with separate WC complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs.
In all, 10 new 80X200 beds.
The house is in the middle of an airial of 4500 square meters, decorated with an open barn (possibility of taking meals for 10 people) overlooking a heated swimming pool of 8X4, secured by an electric shutter.

De superbes vacances!

Nous avons loué cette superbe maison pour une semaine! Nous étions 4 couples et 6 enfants, nous avons tous passé une excellente semaine. La maison est familiale et fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spatieuses , la literie parfaite, les 3 salles de bain et la grande cuisine idéales pour le nombre que nous étions! La piscine est parfaitement entretenue et sécurisée, la cuisine d'été très agréables pour déjeuner et diner. La maison est à l'abris des regards, nous avions l'impression d'être vraiment dans un cocon et les enfants ont pu joué dans l'immense jardin.Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité avant et pendant. NOus avons tous passés un semaine inoubliable dans les Landes! Je recommande vivement cette maison pour des vacances réussies!

Une semaine fort agréable dans cette maison spacieuse et harmonieuse. Nous avons séjourné à deux couples avec trois jeunes, et l'espace de vie était tout à fait comme nous l'espérions. Nous conseillons fortement cette jolie demeure, accueil et prestations garanties!

Une superbe propriété pour un séjour tranquille

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être les premiers à louer cette grande et belle maison landaise situé sur un grand airial où nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants. Nous étions neuf et jamais nous ne nous sommes gênés dans la vie quotidienne. Un excellent confort, des aménagements fonctionnels, une décoration discrète et de bon goût, bref tout pour passer une semaine vraiment très agréable. Pour tout dire, nous connaissions certes déjà les Landes mais la piscine aidant, nous ne sommes pratiquement pas sortis de cet endroit où nous nous sentions si bien!. Très bon séjour

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cette belle demeure restaurée avec beaucoup de gout. Nous étions deux couples avec trois jeunes adultes et nous nous sommes régalés!! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu où règne la quiétude et la détente. Nous rentrons reposés et ravis!
