Located in the heart of the picturesque district of Ribeauvillé on the wine road of Alsace, between plains, mountains and vineyards, we are proud to present this Alsatian house from the XVII century.

This cottage was completely restored in 2015, keeping its original materials (wood floor, beam and wall plaster old).

Located on the 1st floor, with separate entrance, kitchen open to living room, flat screen TV, free WIFI, mobile air conditioning, DVD player, decoration and noble furniture, 1 sofa bed (for 2 additional persons), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190, a large shower room hanging toilet, sink, walk-in shower.

angenehmer Aufenthalt Sehr ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt, jedoch keine Möglichkeit, mal draußen zu sitzen. zum draußen liegen sind wir dann ins Schwimmbad gegangen. War auch in Ordnung.

Sehr gemütliche und komfortable Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Zum Ortskern sind es nur wenige Schritte. Ausserdem ist die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge nach Straßburg, Colmar und Mulhouse. Wer gerne wandert wird hier ebenfalls tolle Ziele zu Fuß finden. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für nur Deutschsprachige ist die Buchung auch kein Problem, ein Übersetzer ist vorhanden.

Im Herzen von Ribeauviller, und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, durften auch schon 2 Stunden früher in die Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, aber um so gemütlicher. Die Küche ist kompakt, wir haben alles notwendige vorgefunden. Auch Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Trinkwasserqualtät ist ausgezeichnet! Das Schlafzimmer ist winzig, aber die Betten sind bequem. Das Badezimmer ist grossräumig, die Dusche ist sehr gut. Alles war sauber, wir fühlten uns wohl! Unsere zwei Fahrräder konnten wir im Abstellraum (beim Eingang) deponieren und dort auch den Akku laden! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und gemütlich und enthält alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alles ist sauber und noch neuwertig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Große Supermärkte sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, hat uns Tipps gegeben und die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief problemlos. Ein bisschen mehr Ausblick in die wunderschöne Umgebung hätten wir uns gewünscht. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

TRES BEAU GITE

Bon emplacement en centre ville - dans une impasse très calme - la clim' mobile était un plus avec les fortes chaleurs ce mois d'août - très bon accueil du propriétaire avec une petit bouteille de Sylvaner (excellent !) . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
