Au 1er abord : bof avec la déchetterie en face...mais en fait aucune nuisance sonore! Le top : la plage au bout du jardin !

Très bon emplacement avec vue sur la place mais pas assez soigné

Contact très agréable avec propriétaire et très bon avec la personne qui nous a accueilli. La Maison est bien placée, au calme avec vue mer. Le terrain qui pourrait être super n'est pas vraiment soigné avec beaucoup d'encombrants (jouets cassés, outils, brouette, .... ) et des travaux en cours (arbres coupés, tas de cailloux pour la fosse,.... ). La terrasse en bois au pied de la place pourrait être superbe s'il y avait un carbet / toiture pour pouvoir en profiter et y déjeuner ou diner, avec une table et des chaises. La propreté des chambres est très insuffisante en particulier dans les placard. Dans la cuisine, la plaque à gaz est en fin de vie (2 feux poussifs marchent sur 4) ne permet pas de cuisiner correctement et il manque un vrai four. Le réfrigérateur/congélateur est très bien. La porte coulissante de la salle d'eau est morte et ne pas avoir de WC en dehors de la salle d'eau n'est pas terrible. Cet hébergement pourrait être vraiment superbe avec quelques aménagements.
