About this property

Very nice duplex apartment tastefully renovated in early 2015 with three terraces, two with magnificent views of the sea and the famous Sant Bartomeu de Sitges church, 50m from the beach.

Immediate proximity to shops, restaurants, promenade and numerous beaches.

Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for winter. WIFI, television, a bluetooth column speaker.

The apartment was completely renovated in early 2015, triple glazed windows, electric blinds. The kitchen has all the equipment, oven combined with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (take your capsules ...), toaster, fridge, freezer.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with sink, heating, electric towel dryer and hairdryer. The large bedroom also has its own WC. A second WC is independent. Each bedroom has access to its terrace, the large bedroom terrace located to the east has an area of 13m2. It has 2 sun loungers and a comfortable seating area for an aperitif, reading or having a good time.

The terrace of the second bedroom to the west is the smallest and has the washing machine and dryer. It allows you to appreciate the setting sun.

The 2 bay windows of the living room open onto another terrace is where it is pleasant to eat. It has a table that can seat 6 guests.

A 140cm wide sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.

By car: by the C-32 highway 30 minutes from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Tarragona.

By plane: Barcelona El Prat Airport is 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by train.

Excellent experience

The communication was perfect and the unit was clean, comfortable and had beach equipment which made our experience even more than we expected. We would visit here again!

Amazing Unforgettable Spanish Vacation

My patent, a friend, and myself stayed here for our first 4 night in Spain, and could have asked for a better place to stay! Location was amazing, the beaches were absolutely amazing and close, the local shops and restaurants were amazing, the gay scene was absolutely amazing and we made many new friends, and we found it so easy to orient ourselves with Sitges based on the location of our VRBO location. There was a slight hiccup with the water pressure in the showers the first day, but the property manager, Cynthia, and property owner, Chris resolved the issue very quickly and effectively! We couldn’t thank you enough for allowing us to make life long memories! I highly recommend this property!! Thank you!!!!

WOW!!! The Most Beautiful Flat!!!

Wow! This is by far one of the most beautiful flats we've ever had the luck to find in all of our travels!! Absolutely stunning!! Completely renovated with love and care, right to the very last detail Two levels, two bedrooms and three terraces! Right in the heart of the action, yet quiet at night. From first contact with Christophe, he was polite, kind and responsive. A total gentleman. Upon arrival we were greeted by Susana, who is incredibly nice and answered every question.
