The Prarion cable car (works in summer / winter) and the ESF meeting are 100 m. Chamonix 7 minutes by car. Free shuttles 100 m. Free train 12 minutes walk (Viaduct Ste Marie).
The Tour du Mont Blanc trail as well as the departure of many walks are 5 minutes from the apartment.

At 300 m from the residence lies Lake Chavants, site offering a panorama and many summer activities: six tennis courts, rock climbing, tree climbing, fishing, playground, picnic tables, barbecue. In winter snowshoes and Pioupiou club.
