Feel at home in this fully renovated cottage in 2015 and located in a quiet hamlet without being isolated, beach walk and 3km from the center of Plouha and shops.
The house is comfortable and furnished and equipped with quality materials. On the ground floor you find the living / dining room with TV, disc player, internet access, wood stove - kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and all necessary utensils simmer good small dishes. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washer-dryer.
Upstairs: large bedroom with 2 people (160x200) and relaxation area, separate toilet.
On the outside (private): wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing, garden
Outside (shared): parking, garden, driveway balls, heated pool (open only in season) games room with pool table and lounge / library.

Calme et discrétion

Jolie petit gite bien équipé. Les propriétaires très gentils et attentifs à nos éventuelles demandes. En sortie de la ville mais pas trop loin, l'idéal quoi!. Du gîte plusieurs ballade peuvent être initiées, et recouper le GR34. A conseiller pour un repos bien mérité. Merci et bonne cotinuation

Erwartungen übertroffen

Es handelt sich um ein für ein Ferienhaus überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtetes Objekt. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. DIe Lage ist sehr ruhig; wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Très agréable

Nous sommes arrivés dans un cadre magnifique et l'accueil de notre propriétaire a été très chaleureux. Le gîte est parfait, calme, propre et très agréable à vivre. La région merveilleuse et cette location nous incite à revenir.
