The apartment is situated on the third floor of a listed building, with main entrance on the Cours Saleya, with its daily flower and vegetable market and it is 200m from the beach.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and CD radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available.
On the doorstep are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, the fresh fruit and flower market, and the charming Ruelles of vieux Nice.
Underground parking available (payant) 50m.
The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by bus which takes 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ideally situated for discovering Nice.


Skiing: Buses are available to the ski resorts from Nice Gare Routiere, a short walk through the old town. It is possible to do return day trips.

Well situated but long walk-up.
The location of this property was ideal for someone visiting Nice for a few days. We parked in the Saleya parkade and walked during our stay. The apartment is an old walk-up; clean, had everything we needed, and good internet. No views and no patio but with the ocean so close it wasn’t a big deal. Watch out for the late check in fee and get in early if possible.

- excellent emplacement mais - une chambre sans fenêtre - l’autre chambre bruyante parce que le compteur d’eau du voisin est devant la fenêtre et provoque des coup de bêlier - grand manque de prise électrique - volets ne fermant pas - pas véritable salle de bain.

Lovely place, ideally situated
Overall enjoyable, right in front of market. Do not take too much luggage since the appartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Bathroom is tiny!

Emplacement idéal sans voiture !!!!
Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Nice , par contre il faut prévoir en plus un budget conséquent pour le stationnement de son véhicule car c’est pas bien expliqué dans l’annonce, l’appartement n’a pas de parking. En ce moment les parties communes sont en travaux et tout le reste est impeccable !!
