The establishment:
Located in the town of Avrieux, close to the resorts of Norma, Aussois and the 3 Valleys, the Residence Le Plein Soleil *** is in the heart of a preserved nature in the Maurienne valley in Savoie.

The commune of Avrieux is nestled at the foot of a rocky cirque crowned in the East by the barrier of the forts of Esseillon and scalloped to the north by the Saint Benoît waterfall.



At the gates of the Vanoise National Park, the village benefits from an exceptional Mediterranean-style mountain climate favoring a unique flora and fauna in the region. These characteristics have earned Avrieux the nickname of little Nice.



In its natural setting, nestled at the foot of the Vanoise National Park, Avrieux offers a breathtaking panorama and exceptional sunshine!

The residence offers spacious apartments ranging from studios for 3 people to 3 rooms for 10 people.

All apartments are new and fully equipped, some apartments have a terrace.

2 room apartment of about 50 to 65m², composed of an entrance, an equipped kitchen, a living room with 1 double pull-out bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with 2 beds bunk or 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and toilet.

For 8 people, possibility of adding 2 extra beds.
Some apartments have a terrace.

Equipment :
The apartment is equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Utensils and crockery for 8 people.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Rent possible on the spot.
