Rim Village Vista Condominium's are by far the nicest accommodations in Moab. This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to meet your every need.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium has spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. It is very comfortable, and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the beautiful red rock desert of Moab.

With a full kitchen, 2 car garage, and pool and hot tub just around the corner, it's far superior to staying in a hotel room. Rim Vista is located about 5.2 miles south of downtown Moab and close to a 18-hole golf course, Ken's Lake, the Slickrock trail, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and other recreational trailhead's.

This unit is a two level condo and spacious at 1600 square feet. It sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed for adult comfort and one additional twin bed. Entire unit sleeps 10 including fold out couch in the living room.

The outside patio is private, has a commercial gas grill and accommodates outdoor seating for 6. You can enter the unit directly from the garage. There are two bike racks in the garage to enable you to tune your bike. Four additional cars or two cars with trailers can be parked in the driveway. Additional trailer parking is close by.

Amazing trip and amazing accommodations
Booked this property several months ago. Had amazing communication with Penny. She was very prompt to answer questions. And was very helpful with many great suggestions. Would 100% suggest this property to anyone wanting a very quiet area. We were totally fine with being the 5 or 6 miles out of town. It worked amazing for us. Penny was always very helpful and prompt.

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. There are hardwood floors throughout which I’m sure helps to maintain cleanliness, but they are noisy and squeaky. If you have early risers or night owls, you will hear every step. The pool is a short walk with a locked gate for safety. Plenty of sidewalks for the kids to ride their scooters around! The kitchen had basic supplies but we had what we needed. The grill was also convenient for a night of burgers and hot dogs.

Easy access. My son and daughter-in-law ran in the Moab marathon and this was so easy. They had their 18 month old and it was just perfect. They had a booster chair and a pak and play crib. Great kitchen and other amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again. See you next year.

Why they chose this property

Because this property is personally owned and managed we take extra care to make sure it is well kept and comfortable. It is very close to trails and Moab. Because we are a biking family we have things like bike racks in the garage and hoses for washing mud off. The pool is super close and a great place to hang out after a ride or hike.
