About this property

5 mins from Sarlat, 15 from Montignac Lascaux and 20 from Les Eyzies (Vallée de l'Homme), very pretty house completely renovated with exceptional views, large "solarium" terrace and shaded area. Tiled swimming pool 10 by 5, private (security provided by reinforced cover). The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a SAM-living room-kitchen area. It has TV, bluetooth "tour" channel and all the necessary equipment. Sheets and towels not provided. Owners possibly on site but at a distance.
Not living in the place all year round, we have to check, for each reservation, the availability of the people carrying out the entries / exits. For this reason it is preferable to send us a message before any reservation. The swimming pool is, in principle, only open in high season; a supplement (linked to the visit of a pool engineer) will be requested if requested for June and September.

Très belle maison avec piscine, idéalement située pour visiter le Périgord noir. La vue est tout simplement magnifique !!!

Séjour du 15/07 au 29/07

Agréable séjour dans une très belle et très calme propriété surplombant la vallée de la Dordogne, d'où il est coutumier de voir décoller, aux aurores ainsi qu'au couché du soleil de nombreuses montgolfières. Acceuil chaleureux. Maison de plain pied avec vaste sallon /salle à manger meublée avec goût et cuisine ouverte. Superbe carrelage de style ancien et charpente en bois apparente. Grandes chambres avec 1 lit 90 sous les combles. Très belle piscine d'une profondeur de 1,85 m sur son ensemble, nécessitant la surveillance constante des enfants en cas de présence. Excellent contact avec les voisins qui nous ont approvisionnés en plusieurs occasions avec des légumes du potager. Quelques modifications à apporter au contrat, concernant l'horaire de départ. Qté de couverts parfois juste pour les repas d'une journée. Positionnement idéal pour se déplacer vers les nombreux sites pittoresques à visiter. Très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Mooi huis, slechte service

Eigenaar heeft vooraf geen enkele info met ons gedeeld, zelfs om achter het exacte adres te komen hebben we veel moeite moeten doen. Zwembad staat leeg en geen wifi. Er kan alleen frans worden gesproken met beheerder/buurman. Het huis is prima en het uitzicht prachtig.
