At the tip of Cap Corse, on the Tollare navy (less than 2km from the magnificent Barcaggio beach), this renovated old fisherman's shed is entirely surrounded by the sea.
This small navy is only known to a privileged few who, each year, have the pleasure of spending an unforgettable vacation.
The house is very comfortable.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It also benefits from 2 beautiful terraces, ideal for dining by the sea or simply to enjoy the sun during the day. An outdoor lounge is also available to enjoy a tanning break or a reading break lulled by the sound of the sea ...

TRÈS DÉCEVANT

Il est vrai que le cadre est magnifique…. Mais quelle désagréable surprise lorsque nous avons découvert le logement !!!! Les photos n'étaient malheureusement pas fidèles à l'annonce. Le ménage (compris dans le prix de la location) était superficiel et les lits non faits : - draps tâchés - matelas tachés - sanitaire et notamment WC sales - baies vitrées non nettoyées - poussière à volonté - four dégoûtant que avons dû nettoyer avant utilisation. L'installation électrique est très dangereuse (fils dénudés, dominos apparents) À l'extérieur : parasol cassé ET LE TOUT couronné par des RATS qui ont cohabité avec nous tout au long du séjour( ils logeaient dans la salle de bain du haut que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser) La salubrité est inquiètante. De plus certaines cloisons sont fissurées, et certaines portes sont défectueuses…

Le cadre est idéal avec la plage a proximité. Splendide. Grande gentillesse des habitants du hameau.

Néanmoins, concernant la maison, il y a a redire...il est indiqué que le logement est équipé pour les enfants : il y a bien un lit parapluie mais il serait bien d y ajouter au minimum une chaise haute. L'escalier pourrait être doté d un garde corps. La propreté laisse un peu a desirer: poubelle non vidée, table a manger grasse (nous avons dû la nettoyer 3 fois). Le micro ondes est rouillé à l intérieur. Puis les branchements électriques sont surprenants : fils dénudés avec dominos apparents sur les appliques notamment dans la salle de bain. Le bac de douche a l étage fissuré. Les ustensiles de cuisine en mauvais état dans l ensemble (faitout sans poignée)....globalement le rapport qualité/prix qui n y est pas...

Charmant cabanon , emplacement de rêve si vous cherchez des vacances au bout du monde . Très bonne ambiance dans le « village » , le paradis pour les enfants. Le moins : la propreté ( le ménage fait avant notre arrivée était succinct , nous avons même retrouvé les chaussettes du locataire précédent dans la salle de bain) Le plus : définitivement l emplacement et le côté authentique.
