THE HOUSE
Very nice, facing south, it offers 280 m² with large volumes, minimal design and a sense of depth detail.

Ground floor :
The main room, fully open to the outside consists of a kitchen area (wide open), dining room about 70 m² and a room of 45 m².
Bedroom 1: 35 m², 140 double bed - bathroom with shower and toilet. Mezzanine with a desk. Television.
1st floor: Equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: Double bed 140. Bathroom and separate toilet in the access corridor.
Master bedroom (Bedroom 3): 53 m², double bed 160 cm - TV - Large dressing room - Large bathroom of 20m² with shower and bath and a view of the hill.

GARDEN
The beautiful enclosed garden of 3000 m² is composed of a large lawn space around the pool, extended an olive grove 30 olive trees in the West and 200 vines in the South.
Overlooking the pine forest from the shaded .Terrasse, living room and dining room summer.
Private pool with salt that stretches its 14 meters of width of 4 throughout the building, maximum depth 1.60m; secured by 2 alarms.
