Large family home (sleeps 15) and rustic on 4 ha of land and forest. Ideal large family. Near the medieval village of Boulieu les Annonay, this 18th century property is an ideal place for family holidays. The proximity of the Pilat Regional Natural Park allows you to take long walks or mountain bikes; the municipal swimming pool and the tennis courts of Annonay are a few kilometers away and rarely visited. A first flight in a hot air balloon will leave you with unforgettable memories, unless you prefer to visit the Peaugres animal park. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / shower room, 1 large kitchen, reception lounge and dining room, a large library and a games room with table tennis table. Great playground for children, this place
will allow parents to alternate sports activities and idleness in the shade of lime trees.

Séjour en famille et entre amis

Une maison de famille qui a une âme. Nous avons passé un super weekend où ados et adultes ont cohabité sans aucun problème tant la maison est spacieux ! Mention spéciale pour le salon de l'étage et sa bibliothèque.

Une belle et grande maison de famille, spacieuse dans un cadre champêtre très agréable. Très bon accueil sur place et une communication facile avec l'hôte. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend !

Lieu magique

C'est une maison incroyable, un "manoir" avec tous les meubles, décors, vaisselle, jeux etc , de la famille propriétaire, un parc vaste et magnifique. Un lieu inoubliable pour une réunion de famille!

Great stay in lovely old mansion

We had a fantastic stay. The hundreds year old mansion was fantastic. Plenty of room, everything we needed and a quiet location near a lovely old village. Cannot recommend it more

Séjour dans un cadre atypique

Cette maison a une âme et respire de souvenirs de plusieurs générations, comme si ceux-ci s'étaient figés dans le temps. Elle se doit d'être respectée. Les meubles du siècle dernier, les beaux planchers qui grincent, les pièces immenses, l'espace verdoyant et la position environnementale presque cachée donnent à cette maison un cachet unique. Nous avons adoré et ce se serait un bonheur de pouvoir un jour y revenir !
