About this property

At the heart of Provence, in a private area of 13 hectares. Quiet and smooth

The Vanéou is an old farm arranged in terraces (terraces) and planted with fruit trees, olive trees and pines. The estate spreads over 13 hectares and includes 11 private houses with private garden of 2500m2. A large swimming pool (13 x 5m) with terrace and sun beds, a table tennis table and a ball field are shared by residents of the area.
The house is located on top of the field from the terrace with a breathtaking view of the hills Castle Lagarde (wine, olive oil, ...). The garden includes a large lawn planted with bushes and trees that provide shade on hot days and preserves the privacy of each resident family (not overlooked). The terrace, partly covered, is south facing and has garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol).
The interior of the house is simple, clean and tidy. He understands :
On the ground floor: a main room living-dining room, a sleeping area with a bed 2 people equipped with a wood burning fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage space.
Upstairs: A mezzanine sleeping area with a single bed and a room with 2 single beds. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby (travel cot available on request).
The house is located 2.5 km from the beautiful medieval village of Chateaudouble. A real eagle's nest, dominated by its Saracen tower, the village, dating from the 11th century is perched on a cliff like a balcony overlooking the magnificent and wild gorges of Chateaudouble. Sympathetic musical events are held every summer. There is a general food store with bread, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. A 1 km from you can also visit the cheese factory La Pastourelle, watch the milking animals and enjoy excellent goat cheese, sheep and cow.
The city of Draguignan, with the narrow streets of its old center, its bell tower, its Provencal market, its charming shops, bars and restaurants is only 20 minutes by car. You will also find in Draguignan: Hypermarkets with shopping mall, a theater, a multiplex of 6 cinemas and various attractions.
