Superb duplex apartment of 75 m2 completely renovated with high-end services. Exceptional sea view on the first line on large picture window with south / west terrace on the beach. Large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen with polished concrete bar. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and large closet, the other upstairs with 2 single beds and dressing room). The upstairs bedroom has a terrace facing the sea of 20 m2 south / west. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. Summer shower with hot water and WC in the ground floor room. Small private garden under the laurels with table and garden chairs. TV and Wifi. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Private parking space. A wonderful week at the beach

I stayed at the apartment for a week in October with my mother and two children. The apartment had everything we needed (and more) for a perfect vacation. Not only is it a beautifully decorated and well-outfitted place, the views of the sea were extraordinary. Each day we watched the sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed our time at the apartment together as much as our time exploring Sanary and the region. We hope to be able return again. Thank you Anie!

Attention regarding the parking situation

Flat very nice, top location. Parking: Clearly too narrow for four cars, dents/scratches pre-programmed. Our experience: The car of the lady responsible for handing over the keys and the flat (lives in the house) caused a fat dent/scratch with the door in our car. You could see this without difficulty from the exact matching dent/scratch on both cars. However, the key lady and her partner consistently denied it. The whole thing, combined with the threat that if we went to the police, they would certainly find something to withhold the deposit when handing over the flat on departure, bordered on blackmail. Conclusion: more than weak character, we are left with the damage. The landlady - actually a very friendly communication up to this point - did not react to our message regarding the situation. Superghost instead of superhost.

Très bien

Séjour très agréable , vue magnifique sur la mer, l appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et soigné. La propriétaire très sympathique et très arrangeante . Il faut juste précisé qu il faut 40 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le port de Sanary Les commerces type tabac boulangerie et supérette sont a 20 minutes à pied . La plage de galet et rochers est au pied de l appartement elle est non fumeur et les jeux de balle ne sont pas autorisés, elle est idéale pour se reposer , nager , et pour départ de canoë ou padel . Nous étions 4 adultes et cet environnement nous a vraiment convenu

Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Check in problemlos und stets Hilfe vor Ort. Appartement fantastisch. Panorama Meerblick. Sehr schön ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Lage sehr ruhig. Weg zum Strand 1 Minute. Auf jeden Fall klasse.
