This Loft is the ideal location for getting acquainted with the city. The outdoor courtyard with fountain is the perfect place for afternoon drinks, or morning coffee. The famous High Cotton Restaurant is also located within the building. There also free private wifi access. We also have two flat screen tv's 40' with wifi blue ray player, that can access the internet, and netflix. You can watch your own Netflix account from the loft.

The History, Architecture, Shopping, Night Life, and more are all waiting for your special visit to Charleston.

We appreciated the new mattress. Helen and I both prefer firm mattresses and this one was much better than the old soft one. We slept much better. Also, the new combination lock is so much easier than the old key box. :)

Great place! Close to everything in Charleston! Property had a nice Loft and Big Kitchen! Also had free Parking! Will rent again soon. I have already told 3 friends about the property. I cant wait to go back!

Fantastic location, average accommodations, not worth the price

You really can't beat the location of this unit. It's a stone's throw from the best tourist spots and great restaurants. If you plan on making stops at "home" throughout the day, this is an excellent choice. The unit itself is pretty average. Take note that the stairs to the bed/bath are steep. There is a fair amount of space, but it's in dire need of repainting. My sense is that the unit gets a good amount of traffic, and that wear and tear is beginning to show more than just a little. Overall, the owner was pretty easy to work with, as we had a number of issues that came up during our stay. (This trip seemed to be plagued with issues: (1) unit had not been cleaned when we arrived, (2) no key was left for the parking space, (3) water was shut off by the building at 7 am on our last morning, and (4) were asked to vacate early due to exterminator arriving on our check-out date.) Overall, it's a good spot, but not worth the price.

Perfect Location

This condo was in a perfect location for sightseeing. We had a car but only used it when we did some sightseeing on the islands. Had all we needed for our stay. Condo was clean and plenty of towels were available. I would recommend this property in an instant - we loved the courtyard, having a glass of wine in the evening to top off our fantastic days. Loved Dixie's Supply restaurant which was just next door (next block), the tomato pie - yummmm! Chicken and biscuit was delicious too.

I would highly recommend this property if you are interested in sightseeing and eating. We also took a Charleston Culinary tour which was great, would recommend this on your first day here so you can get ideas on where to eat.

Having an interior courtyard location, it is amazingly quiet, while still in the heart of it all. Exterior shared courtyard space is a major bonus. We also provide a free garage parking space, one block over, saving you money on daily parking fees.
