This property was wonderful. Spent a week here in September. The location was perfect an easy 10 to 15 minute walk from old town and close to Neighborhood shops and restaurants. Very easy to get to from the airport 10 minute walk from the tram. And the hosts are wonderful. :) we would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as described, perfect location with easy access to everything. The owner was a perfect host looking after us when required. Will definitely stay again when we return to Nice.

Superb location for a wonderful Nice experience

We rented the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is absolutely perfect for all things Nice and a good home base for exploring other sites along the French Riviera. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also used the bus system to explore nearby Monaco and other locations along the French Riviera. The bus stop is just a few minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and cozy with an up to date modern decor. The property owners are more than accommodating. They were so very helpful and offered many great suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing. We followed every suggestion and were not disappointed once. We felt so welcomed by them on the very first night. Our train was running late and they waited for us and greeted us personally. The value of this rental with everything considered is very good. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much for your hospitality and great customer service!
