Beautiful little house on the heights of Sarlat with private garden located in a quiet and quiet hamlet 2.5 km from the medieval center of Sarlat 15 minutes walk where you will find many restaurants, shops and its famous market.
Shopping center nearby 5 minutes by car.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one of 20 m2 with double bed, single bed and a cot (cot), a living room, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with washing machine.
Perfect for a family of 5.
The garden features Fermob brand garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The garden is not attached to the house, a small gravel road separates it from the house as you can see in the photos.

Temniac

Wonderful old stone house with grape arbor garden. Small neighborhood with old church and a library tower. Fantastic view looking down on Sarlat. We had a wonderful time visiting in Sarlat then returning to our quiet Temniac home. We all loved it thank you Vincent!

Maison au calme dans les hauts de Sarlat

Maison très confortable et bien équipé avec un jardin agréable et très calme , superbe vue sur Sarlat depuis le balcon . Balade possible au départ de la maison .Accès rapide à Sarlat et aux villages de caractères environnants en voiture ou en vélo .

SEJOUR A SARLAT

Location charmante vu de l'extérieur mais hélas déçus par l'intérieur. le ménage n'est pas fait convenablement - beaucoup de poussière et pas récente car un simple passage d'un chiffon à poussière ne suffit pas (un peu collant)... les oreillers ont des auréoles jaunies un protège matelas déchiqueté sur les rebords dans les armoires sont entreposées couvertures et couettes et il ne reste pas beaucoup de place pour ranger les vêtements dans la cuisine nous sommes arrivés et la porte du réfrigérateur était moisie à l'intérieur le lave vaisselle pas très propre pour la vaisselle pas trop à se plaindre à part les verres qui ne sont plus du tout transparents. A part cela nous avons bien aimé Sarlat et ses environs. Plein de sites à visiter

Mon séjour dans le Périgord

Cette maison de pierre, sur les hauteurs de Temniac, nous a permis de séjourner agréablement dans le Périgord. Tout près de Sarlat, mais loin de son agitation estivale, nous avons profité du calme. En outre la maison est idéalement située pour aller visiter les sites touristiques, culturels et naturels proches : sites préhistoriques des Eyzies, mais aussi Lascaux, bastides et châteaux, vallées de la Vézère et de la Dordogne. De retour à la maison à Temniac, il était bon de déguster les produits de la gastronomie locale, dans le jardin, lorsque le temps le permettait.

Zentrale Lage, 10 Min. mit dem Wagen, 30 Min. zu Fuß vom historischen Stadtzentrum entfernt; netter Garten; die verwinkelte Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz; die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (Bad nur teilrenoviert; Geschirr, Besteck und Kochtöpfe waren verkalkt)
