About this property

It is an individual cottage ideal for families, just renovated, warm, it is located in the countryside with a superb view for miles around, there is no vis-à-vis and it is very well exposed to the sun, it is on a private plot of 1500 m2 at the end of a private avenue in a green environment.

The cottage is located in the heart of the village but it is set back from the street, so calm is there! located 2 km from an equestrian center and at the start of many hiking trails (pedestrian, VIT, equestrian). The beaches are 5 km away (Ambleteuse, Audresselles, Cap gris nez, Tardinghen, Wissant.

The cottage includes on the ground floor: a living room - living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate WC, and a storeroom (equipped with a washing machine); upstairs: 2 bedrooms, (namely: the staircase to go upstairs is a bit steep.)

For the little ones, there is a high chair, a cot, a bathtub and a changing table.

Fantastisch!

Een geweldig verblijf met een formidabel uitzicht. Zeer netjes en alles voorhanden. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam zelfs dusdanig dat zij na een klein mankement in de badkamer dit binnen de 20 minuten kwamen oplossen. Verder allerlei wandelingen in de nabije omgeving. Spijtig dat we weer moesten vertrekken, de week is omgevlogen.

We hebben genoten van het huisje en de omgeving.

Een heerlijk huisje op een prachtige plek. Het was brandschoon, fijne bedden. Mooi terras met de hele dag zon (die deze week gelukkig veelvuldig scheen) Vriendelijke eigenares.

Comfortable, lovely cottage

Despite the lousy weather, we had a lovely week. The house was perfect for the three of us (four would be fine too). Well equipped, nicely situated. Beautiful terrace. Friendly house owner.
