The 67m² apartment on the 3rd and last floor consists of two bedrooms, a living room - dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. Six beds are available.
Its location in the district closed the beaches in La Ciotat is its major asset. District, both residential and quiet and yet located near the summer activities of the seaside town and beautiful sandy beaches bordered of restaurants, bars and shops. Running time: 5 minutes to reach the beaches and 20 minutes to the old town.
The bathroom has been completely renovated with a large walk-in shower, has various storage spaces, a sink and a washing machine.
The kitchen, where you can admire the surrounding hills of La Ciotat was also renovated and equipped. It includes everything needed to make your stay happens in the best conditions: Dishwasher, refrigerator, large freezer, coffee machine (filter, Nespresso, Eileen piston), a full dishwasher, hob, oven micro- microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster to name a few.
The living room, air conditioned, has a large sofa into a comfortable bed 140x200 to accommodate two adults, a coffee table doing as a bar and a TV. It shares space with a dining area which has an extendable table that can allow up to 8 people. It is very bright and can be fully opened to the balcony through its doors.
On the balcony, from where you can see the sea and the surrounding villas, a large table can accommodate 8 people. Deckchairs are also available and can easily be installed on the balcony.
Regarding the rooms, they both give on the balcony:
the largest has a large 160x200 bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables and lamps.
The second has a bed of 140x200 and the same equipment as the previous without air conditioning. Both beds are safe beds that will allow you to store your luggage.
Quilt, blanket and pillows are available in the coffers of the beds.
Still with the aim to make your stay pleasant, parking is at your disposal in the residence because parking in the surrounding streets is paying.
A bus stop is located near the residence to go into the city center where supermarkets and shops are located. The train station is located about 3km.
Notes:
• The apartment is non-smoking. Those who wish to smoke can do however to the balcony.
• The states of incoming and outgoing places are issued on arrival and departure of each property.
• The residence is a quiet place, it is required that the occupants are respectful of the premises and vicinity and there is no organized loud parties.
• Equipment for baby and children toddlers are available on request: Travel cot, high chair, changing table, ....
• Cleaning products (crockery, linen and soil) are generally available in the apartment
• Bed Linens (sheets and pillowcases) and towels are not included while qu'oreillers, bedding, floor mats and kitchen towels are. They can be provided against at the rates of the "rates".
• To preserve the environment, a sorting is organized within the condominium. The bins located in the lobby, against bottom in front of the entrance.
