House of 140 m2 with one floor. It is located in a quiet area, 50 m from the sea, 2 min walk from the Avant-Port beach, near the customs road and close to shops and Binic town center. Everything is available on foot.
The house includes:
Ground floor: A double living room with fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi connection, giving access to the sunny terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with a 140 bed, 1 with 90 cm twin beds, 1 with 90 bunk beds, (new bedding). A bathroom with shower and WC.
High chair and cot available. Linen rental possible.
The house has a large south-facing terrace, and is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden, enclosed and planted with trees, with garden furniture and barbecue. Neat layout.

Nice home

This is an older but lovely home. If you want to have an entire house to yourself with views of the sea and a 5 min walk to town, this is for you. Location is 5 star! We enjoyed our stay. Binic is incredible destination.

Schönes und großes Haus in toller Lage!

Wir haben hier als 5-köpfige Famile (2 Erwachsene, 1 erwachsener Sohn und zwei Kinder) eine sehr schöne, ruhige und entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus ist schön, sehr geräumig und hell. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohn-und Essbereich mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss ist ein weiteres großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Sehr schön sind die Terrasse mit Meerblick und der Garten rund um das Haus. Die Lage ist eine perfekte Mischung aus Strandnähe und Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann das Auto einfach stehen lassen. Zum Strand benötigt man 5 Min, allerdings sind hier ca. 60 Stufen einer Treppe zu bewältigen. Innerhalb von 10 Min erreicht man den nächsten Bäcker und in ca. 20 Min Fußweg sind der Supermarkt in der Stadt oder ein großer Super U am Ortsrand zu erreichen (Mit dem Auto 5 Min). Auch in den Hafen und zu den zahlreichen Restaurants sind es nur 10 Min zu Fuß. Großartig! Positiv war auch die Korrespondenz zu der Eigentümerin, die sehr schnell auf Rückfragen antwortet. Praktisch war die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise. Sehr angenehm! Einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtwertung. Die Suaberkeit war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz perfekt. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer waren in Ordnung. Kaffemaschine und große Teile des Geschirrs, Bestecks, Gläser leider nicht.

Maison 3 chambres et bcp de marches

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille. A préciser qu’une chambre n’est qu’un petit bureau(-9m2) et qu’il y a beaucoup beaucoup de marches. De face, vue sur une grande maison. Vues sur mer de côtés. Juste en matériel. Nous avons racheté des fourchettes. Les lits des 3 chambres sont confortables et la pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Binic is a wonderful place to visit. It feels very friendly and the beach north of the marina is amazing. The house we stayed in was lovely. We enjoyed the generous outside space and the traditional furniture and decor. A true home from home. The location was excellent- walking distance from beaches and amenities. Ample parking and some lovely places to visit in easy driving distance.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison très lumineuse, confortable, très propre! Un jardin clôturé très bien entretenu , une terrasse ensoleillée.. Et un emplacement exceptionnel à Binic: vue sur mer, le GR 34 à 50 mètres, les plages et le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied, et le quartier très calme! Avec en plus une météo ensoleillée dans cette magnifique région, nous venons de passer un superbe séjour!!!
