The apartment:
Apartment is located in the Family Residence: Cape Coudalère (Port Barcarès). The residence is largely pedestrianized (50m pool and shops 150m via pedestrian alley).
Apartment 4 people 2 rooms + Mezzanine of about 40 m2 with terrace and view of wooded park, the Marine Lake and the Pyrenees including Mount Canigou.
The apartment is located at 3rd and last floor. There is no wheelchair access.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (sleeping 140/190), a living room with sofa and kitchenette; a mezzanine with 2 single beds (sleeps 2 90/190), a bathroom with shower & WC.
The living room opens on the sunny balcony overlooking Mount Canigou and the marine lake

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au cap coudalere. L appartement est confortable et agréable mais la résidence est un peu bruyante, il est compliqué de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Les animations manquaient un peu mais c est souvent le problème lorsque l on réserve hors juillet août.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet appartement bien situé et bien aménagé, parfait pour une famille de 4 personne. Petite révision du store indispensable pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Merci pour cet excellent séjour.
