This wood frame house, typical of the Arcachon Basin, very bright and on one level, with heated salt pool facing south is ideally located in a dead end and quiet, close to shops, 1 km from the train station, 5 Kms from the Hume Beach, and 10-15 minutes from Arcachon and the Pilat dune.

IMPORTANT: This house being our main residence, you will have access to all rooms except our baby's room. In addition our 2 cats, Biscotte and Cracotte, alias the COTTE brothers will be present during your stay. They are adorable and greedy in croquettes and in caresses ;-)) They have their private apartments in the garage and are not used to living inside. If you wish, we can pass a trusted person during your stay to manage the kibble and the water.
