Beautiful apartment, great location

Special place to stay with all you would need. The only issue would be you can hear noise from tenants above, but it is an old building with all its associated charms so can't expect different. Thanks Stéphanie for your welcome and guidance.

Beautiful Bordeaux!

My spouse and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 days and wish it could have been longer! We loved the location - it was convenient and quiet, across from the park, a short walk to the tram and to plenty of shops and restaurants. The waterfront area and historic old town are an easy 15 minutes away. The apartment and building have such historic character, wonderful big windows, high ceilings and moldings, but also all the modern updates you need, including a well-appointed kitchen and large shower. The off-street parking and laundry facilities were a big bonus. Stephanie was a delightful hostess and very easy to communicate with. We hope to visit again!

Spacious apartment in great neighborhood

The apartment is very spacious and because there are windows in the front and back, we could get a nice cross breeze which was nice since the weather was quite warm. We enjoyed the location across from a pretty park and close to the tram, restaurants and grocery stores. The dedicated parking space was heaven. After a long day of sightseeing, the apartment was a welcoming retreat.

Awesome apartment, quiet neighborhood, c’est super!

Stephanie was very helpful before and during our stay. It was easy to find with GPS and it is right across from beautiful Parc Bordelais. It’s a 5 to 15 minute walk from a couple of markets and restaurants. We suggest a short Uber ride towards the river Gironde for many more restaurants, shopping, clubs and great walks along the river and its history. It is also a good location in the city of Bordeaux for access to the left bank Bordeaux wine region (Margaux, Haut Médoc, etc.), and not too bad to cross the river to the right bank Bordeaux region (Pomerol, Saint-Émilion, etc.). Since we were there, partially for the wine region, we rented a car at the Bordeaux TVG station. Although the apartment offers parking, just be aware that getting in and out of the space may be a bit difficult for anything more than a medium-size vehicle. We had a DS-4 and it was interesting getting in and out with neighbors blocking the way a few days, but it was accomplished without issue. Unfortunately, we were there during one of the hottest spells. Bordeaux has hotter during our stay, so without air conditioning it was a bit warm, but the fans helped a lot. Great value for the money.

Perfect base for stay in Bordeaux

Location is great: right next to the beautiful Parc Bordelais, tram, bars, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance. Feels like you’re living in Bordeaux rather as a tourist. Apartment is the right size for two people and very tastefully decorated, very comfortable to live in. Absolutely no problems with the host. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
