This house, located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 15 May to 15 October, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi, a radio and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 14 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including a single bed and 2 double beds Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The house features air conditionning, a washing machine, ironing equipment and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed.
The host lives on the same land. Reasonable parties are permitted upon request.
