About this property

The 170 m2 villa, 40 m2 of which is a terrace, is close to the beach and local shops (bakery, grocery store and mini-market). You will appreciate it for its calm environment, its functional and modern layout. It is perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups. It is located 5 minutes from Souffleur Beach in Port Louis.
The villa is new and fully equipped with new furniture and appliances in September 2016. It also has a new garden furniture.

Très bon sejour

Maison conforme à la description , nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes ,tout le monde avait de la place , la terrasse et le jardin sont des vrais plus , le quartier est calme , la boulangerie et la supérette sont proches à pied . Par contre il est indispensable d avoir une voiture pour aller la plage . Très bon Contact avec les propriétaires .
