The apartment is on the 4th floor of the “Le Cédrat” residence, in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the town center. It has a south-facing balcony with a view of the three main chairlifts which lead to the “Portes du Soleil” and Switzerland. The residence is ski-in ski-out.
The apartment has been renovated. It can accommodate 4 to 5 and is very well suited for a family with children.
Bed linen, towels, bath mat, kitchen towel and cleaning supplies are provided. Rental price includes the cleaning fee (cleaning the kitchen appliances and dishes is not included) and tourist tax. Internet access is provided.

Family-friendly apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is located in a quiet place not far from the cable car station and directly on the slope. Still one could quickly reach to the ski rental store, ski pass selling point and a local shop where also breakfast essentials such as milk and fresh bread are sold in the morning. Supermarkets with wide variety of food products and village center hosting evening animation are in 7-10 min walk. The apartment seems to be recently renovated and every detail is thought of enabling a convenient stay in the tiny space. There are enough sockets for electric appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee maker clever located on the kitchen shelves. Wooden dining furniture is durable and nice. The ski area map on the wall was a very useful decoration: we recalled the moments of the past day and planned the next one looking at it together. The owner responded quickly to all our questions and requests and provided detailed information and useful tips for the stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment for skiers in Avoriaz/Portes du Soleil area.
