The living room has a kitchen area. One bedroom with a double bed - On the entrance, a corner with bunk bed is setting up. There is a shower room opening on the entrance. Toilets are independents. The balcony has garden furniture. There is a private underground garage (be carefull, it's very small, L=4,30m x l=1,98m x H=1,94m : good for your bikes and surf equipment, not ideal for cars).
