Welcome home to this lovely two bedroom condo on 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon. Steps to Summit Stage Bus Stop.

This lovely and affordable 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has many amenities. The condo is conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is a short drive or bus ride to many area restaurants, bars and shops. The condo is also just across the street from the Rec Path. There is a free shuttle bus stop near by that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6. The condo features many amenities including a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.

After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the fireplace. You can also enjoy the scenery from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, sauna and more. Can't get enough of outdoor activities? You can walk right out the front door and be on the rec path in minutes, it's just across the street. . Take a walk or bike ride on the long rec path that goes for miles. This condo has all of the amenities in an ideal location at a great value. What more would you need from a mountain vacation rental? Perfect location, views, and amenities...this condo has it all!

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.

Great condo!
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great space. It was convenient for trips to Buena Vista, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. It was clean and a beautiful space. The views of Dillon Reservoir were incredible.

July Vacation
We had a great time during our stay at your condo. The views were excellent, and the space was perfect for our needs. The only thing that might need to be addressed at some point is the two larger bed mattresses seem to sink in the middle, and might need to be replaced before long. We had a great time overall, and will look forward to possibly booking this location again in the future. Thank you.

This condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the club house that was within walking distance of our condo. The view from our balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing.
