Perfect home for my family

This home was perfect for our family. It certainly met our needs. Loved having the washer and dryer upstairs. Having the large sofa nicely accommodated our family. We had great communication with the owner, Valerie. She was so helpful in every way. We felt blessed to have selected this home for our stay in Nashville.

Valerie is amazing to work with

The home is beautiful! It is so nice to have multiple bedrooms with full bathrooms. Kitchen was great! The back porch is amazing to relax on with minimal noise. This neighborhood is in a progressively cleaning up process of areas but surrounded by safe other homes. Valerie receives 5 stars for communication and beauty of her home. The cleaning staff could have taken a little more effort to help the beauty of the home and owner shine through! This is a great rental!!

Great homebase

This was the perfect spot for our group, lots of room and well equipped place, it was our home away from home. We doordashed food most of the time to avoid lines and were able to try some popular spots. We were close to all of the action too.

Great house!

Valerie was readily available throughout the entire booking and during our stay! The house was gorgeous and plenty of space for our whole group! Close Uber ride to Broadway. Clean and comfortable home!

Great place for friends to gather

Terrific host. The home has been recently updated and very clean. Master bedroom is excellent. Plenty of room in the other bedrooms although the listing is a bit hard to follow. Great kitchen. Only drawback is location in a re-gentrifying area of town, a bit further from the action than we anticipated but no problems getting an Uber to and from usually within 5 to 10 minutes. Highly recommended for a group of friends.
