You will appreciate my accommodation for the brightness and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is new and very functional (dishwasher). My accommodation is perfect for couples, couples of friends and families (with children).

A very pleasant terrace facing south of 25m2 accessible by the kitchen and the living room with a garden furniture, a barbecue and a dining table.

A 40m2 garden accessible from one of the bedrooms.

2 minutes walk from the pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, intermarket, tobacco bar, bus stop ...

10min walk from the inhabited bridge ...

You can do everything on foot from the house: go to Brest: because the station is very close (10-15min by train to Brest approximately).

There are private parking spaces right outside the house, and space on the street as well.

Atypical and new house: the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living rooms upstairs. What brings a very big luminosity to the rooms of life displayed full south, and giving on a terrace of 25m2 with a living room of garden.

Downstairs there is also access to the 40m2 garden

The deposit is obviously not cashed and is returned upon your departure in full, if the house is returned as on your arrival;)
