Quiet countryside 10 minutes from Mont-St-Michel and 25 minutes from St-Malo, Dinard, Cancale ....
On the ground floor, a toilet, a large room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven ....) open to the dining area (with table for 4 people) separate from the living room with sofa and leather armchair by a beautiful spiral staircase.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed for your comfort (sheets provided and included in the price), a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower.
Closed and private courtyard with its south-facing terrace and its private barbecue.
Tumble dryer.
The JACUZZI is PRIVATIVE for this cottage, it is located in its independent room.
The other leisure facilities are common to the other gîte (included in the price):
- infrared SAUNA cabin (3/4 people).
- Table tennis table, billiards, table football.
Children's games outside (pedal tractors and small bikes, swing, slide, wooden hut .....)
Animal park with free access for the happiness of young and old (boots available free of charge)!
Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (except prior agreement). Departures no later than 10 a.m.
THE PRICE INCLUDES THE CHARGES (water, electricity, tourist tax, sheets),
 JACUZZI AND ALL OTHER LEISURE EQUIPMENT.

Deposit check of 400 euros requested on arrival and returned if no damage is found on the day of departure.
