Excellent Stay with a gorgeous view
Our family of 5 just finished a 12 day stay at the property at the end of June. A lovely apartment with a huge terrace and one of the best views in Nice. Everything looked just as in the photos. The owner was very responsive to any and all inquiries and the woman who greeted us at the apartment was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine and 3 excellent air conditioning units throughout. Be advised that only one bedroom has a unit in it though. The 2 bathrooms were very modern and clean; our one suggestion is to add shower curtains as the shower will spray around the room. Also be advised that there are 2 bathrooms but only one toilet but we made it work. There is a dedicated garage space for a car but our large group rented a minivan so we had to park on the street as it did not fit but we were always able to find a place. The swimming pool is a nice amenity especially during the very warm June afternoons but be advised that there is a very long and steep staircase that is required to access the pool; it may be difficult for some. The location worked for us because we were visiting family who live close by and we had a car but we wished there were few stores withing walking distance. Overall we had wonderful stay and highly recommend the property. As long as travelers understand the location is not downtown you will be very happy with your stay.
