Excellent location, clean and well equipped

Everything one could want, extremely well equipped apartment, and an incredible view. Shops, bakery, beach, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance, but a car highly recommended. Indoor parking, but make sure its a small car, because a big one would be impossible to turn around and get back out again! Some issues with wifi and television were rapidly and effectively dealt with. David and Leila are delightful hosts. Thank you for your welcome.

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for walking to the beach as parking is a big issue in Guadeloupe. The villas is equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and cooler. The owner is very attentive when needed and Ena (our greeter) was pleasant. We walked to the pier to take a boat over to La I'ilet of La Gosier. It is a small delightful island with a place to have lunch. We did have a car and the villa has a parking garage next to it that you get to use. We drove to Basse Terre and drove as far as we could to the volcano, if you want to go to the top you will need hiking shoes and rain gear. We heard the wind is very very strong. The marina has shopping and many restaurants. Things to know would be, most places close after lunch and do not open until 6 or 6:30. Bathrooms are hard to find and there is a big language barrier so come prepared with a french book. We did love the island for its cleanliness and friendly people and ranked it in our favorite three along with Nevis and St. Kitts and Grenada.

Wonderful setting for a relaxing get away!

The view is amazing any time of day, watching the sunrise or the storms that roll through, and all the activity on the water. The apartment is very clean and efficient. It has everything you need for your stay. Having the grocery store downstairs was very convenient as well. David was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. Just be aware that there are stairs, as it is on the 3rd floor. We are in our mid 70's and did do ok, but was a challenge if we had been out walking/sightseeing. The beach is close by. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property!

Fantastic staying!!

I would like to say it is a perfect studio with a fantastic view.Everything was fine,I recommend this property.There is a mini store downstairs,so we could get our groceries every morning.Guadeloupe is great with a very friendly people. Fantastyczne studio,swietnie wyposazone,z cudownym widokiem. Na dole znajdowal sie mini market i mozna bylo tam kupic wszystko co jest potrzebne.Guadelupa to wspaniala wyspa.Polecam goraco.

AMAZING APARTMENT

This apartment was outstanding. The location was amazing. The apartment is very clean and has the best amenities, parking spot, fully equipped kitchen, great views, bathroom towels, beach equipment and modern appliances all over the apartment. David, the host, was extremely kind and efficient in assisting with all the details of the apartment, he accommodated the time and in which I came in and checked out. The apartment is also located in an excellent and safe area of Le Gosier. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you David and— Ena- was great too, she checked us in as David was not around but still he helped so much remotely. LOVED IT!!!
