About this property

Residence with swimming pool (mid June to the end of September),
Ideal couple and 2 children, tennis (half court), volleyball court, ping pong tables, including living room with sofa, television (Canal +, canal + cinema, canal + sport) and DVD player, kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini oven, MO, toaster, refrigerator table top), separate toilet, bathroom (shower, washbasin), Rochelle (mezzanine) with a bed of 140 and a bed 90 trundle (2 beds children).
Private parking (near the lodge keeper). Nice terrace with garden furniture and parasol and barbecue and sand space for the little ones.
At the edge of the forest, at 3500 meters beach 4500 meters lighthouse of the curve and 500 meters all trade.
Many bike paths from the residence, (bike rental, Rosalies Mathes and La Palmyre), amusement parks 5 minutes and ZOO La Palmyre !!!!!!

Un logement abandonné a la moisissure

Le portail du jardin donne le ton( cassé) parasols cassé décoloré logement une odeur insoutenable de pourriture malgré les dérisoires absorbeur d humidité. Plafon de l étage trace de moisissure toile d araignées un peu partout casseroles ranger dans le placard des toilettes murs et décorations d un autre temps jaunis Bouilloire entartré, chambre inaccessible escaliers qui ressemble a une échelle de poulailler trop dangereux.tout nos vêtements serviettes ect ont peis l odeur de moisi. Décevant

Le logement est correct, bien que vétuste. Par contre, Nous avons été surpris sur plusieurs points. A notre arrivée, réfrigérateur réglé au minimum : pas de glaçon ni même la possibilité d’avoir un verre d’eau fraiche, pas de papier toilette, pas de tapis de douche, pas une goutte de savon. Côté cuisine, pas assez de prises, pour faire du café c’est bien compliqué ; des ustensiles sont stockés dans le placard des toilettes. Le barbecue (bien qu’en pierre) n’est plus utilisable pour des raisons de sécurité, les propriétaires le savaient et nous n’avons pas été avisés ; résultats : Arrêt de la cuisson sur ordre du gardien. L’étendoir à linge tient avec du fil de fer, le parasol est cassé et n’a pas de pied. Pour finir, il ne faut surtout pas oublier les clés sur la porte et verrouiller de l’intérieur sans quoi nous sommes enfermés. Par conséquent, le séjour est assez onéreux par rapport aux prestations, dommage !

Voisinage très bruyant

RAS sur la maisonnette. Mais voisinages et gardiens à 2 maisons plus que bruyants qui ont gâche notre séjour.travaux dans maison à côté ponctués de pots et repas très bruyants ,la 1ere et la 2eme semaine de notre séjour. Et pots et repas quasi journaliers la 3eme semaine chez les gardiens trop bruyants et très tardivement. D'où notre départ anticipé...

Séjour famille août 2022

Bon séjour Résidence agréable avec un plus pour la piscine et les équipements Mais Logement petit notamment coin cuisine et l espace couchage qui ne correspond pas vraiment au descriptif de l annonce tous les lits se trouvent dans la même chambre ( chaleur ) avec impossibilité d accéder aux lits gigognes ( il faut enjamber les lits sinon pas d accès). A conseiller pour un couple avec jeunes enfants à partir de 6 ans ( escalier difficile à utiliser ) Nous avons apprécié la terrasse .
