Holiday House Algarve, Portugal, fully furnished and equipped, just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Manta Rota, a few km from several other beautiful beaches of the Ria Formosa.

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped house

It was a comfortable and clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. We had stayed in Manta Rota in previous years and this was the best accommodation we booked in terms of amenities/comfort/space. The only disadvantage is it is a little far from the beach - about a 15-20 minute walk.

Escolhi esta casa para passar férias, porque já lá tinha estado há uns anos, mas depressa me arrependi. Apesar de ter um grande potencial e boas áreas, deixa muito a desejar em tudo o resto. Casa com falta de manutenção, muitos sinais de humidade e bolor no teto. Objetos de uso indispensável, como louça, num estado deplorável. WCs com falta de manutenção, o mais grave com um autoclismo partido, outro com o suporte de chuveiro partido, ou a cortina do duche muito velha e suja. Atoalhados que tinham mau cheiro. Divisões com aspeto de depósito de móveis e eletrodomésticos, por exemplo, uma máquina de lavar loiça num dos quartos. Teias de aranha no teto. Tenho fotografias que comprovam tudo. No início da estadia enviei mensagem a relatar o que estava mal, mas até hoje não obtive resposta. Recebi uma mensagem antes da estadia a informar que tinha de sair até às 12h, mas às 9h40 tinha uma pessoa, que limpava a casa, a tocar à porta sem saber de nada. Uma grande falta de comunicação e organização. Não recomendo de todo.

Casa muito boa, confortável, espaçosa q.b., com tudo para ser funcional. Sem enganos. Afastada da praia, mas a caminhada faz-se muito bem, além de que, sabíamos ao que íamos. Só há a dizer bem (muito bem) sobre os contatos com os proprietários, simpáticos e esclarecedores. Não dou 5 estrelas pelo facto de que pode haver um pouco mais de privacidade relativamente às moradias vizinhas (falado com um dos proprietários, que revelou ser algo em fase de resolução). Recomendo! Agradecimentos ao Sr. Fernando e à Sra. Patrícia.
