Welcome to the heart of the Presqu'île Guérandaise!
A unique location in Guérande 2km from the medieval city.
Tranquility of the countryside and near the sea, ideal for a family holiday.
Our house overlooks the Marais Salants, the view is exceptional, and its large enclosed garden is a true haven of peace (4400 m²).

Excellent séjour
Maison magnifiquement située, calme absolu, de la place... Peut-être quelques petits détails à régler dans le confort, mais je recommande chaudement cette location.

Lieu remarquable et très agréable
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Beaucoup de charme et d'espace à l'intérieur de cette demeure de caractère. Côté jardin, grand calme, jolis arbres et vue sur les marais salants de Guérande et la pointe du Croisic. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil attentif ! Notre fille, son mari et leurs jeunes enfants ont également adoré leur séjour ici. Un endroit très attachant et reposant, qui nous a énormément plu !

Kasteelachtig verblijf in Drezeux, Guerande
Charmant, comfortabel, heel oud en kostbaar. De keuken doeltreffend, de eetzaal waanzinnig, de tuin heerlijk en het uitzicht op de marais overweldigend. Drie dubbele slaapkamers en suite en een groepsslaapkamer met een badkamer. Zoals een oud huis betaamt, kraakt het aan alle kanten en het 17e eeuwse gedeelte heeft toch echt wel last van scheve en beneden ook doorzakkende vloeren. Maar zo charmant. Ik geloof niet dat het huis geschikt is voor mensen met kleine kinderen, omdat het vol staat met beeldjes, snuisterijen etc. En ook niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn (opstapjes, afstapjes, trapjes). Maar voor iedereen er tussen in, die gevoel hebben voor historie en schoonheid echt een aanrader.

Delightful
A beautiful house, full of character and history in a charming rural location. The grounds were spacious and exciting for games with the grandchildren. A memorable and refreshing family holiday beside the sea with the stunning medieval town of Guerande as our local town. What could be better?
