On the bases of the old chapel of the estate, consisting of a ground floor of 50m ² with a large living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, DVD ...) and a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic hob, Fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) totally open on the dining room, for a comfortable and functional living space.
A bathroom (shower and toilet) completes the layout of this first level.
A large bay window in artwork will give you full access to the terrace overlooking the courtyard. Everything is ready to welcome your aperitifs and grills, parts of Belote (garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue, deck chairs and the enchanting setting).
On the first floor (50m²), the sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

It is a good starting point to visit the abbey of Valmagne, Mèze and the Etang de Thau (public beach), the Devil's Bridge, the Clamouse cave, Saint Guilhem du Désert (one of the most beautiful villages in France) Lake of Salagou, park of Bessilles (outdoor activities), castles including that of Cassan, gardens of Adrien (elected favorite garden of the French), Villeneuvette (former royal manufacture) ...
