1ere expérience Abritel et dernière !

Nous voulions un appartement pour 2 adultes et 2 ados, la réalité de cet appartement c’est plutôt 3 + 1 enfant… Dans nos critères nous voulions la Wifi : elle est inexistante ! Autre critère : la climatisation, j’ai envoyé un mail avant de réserver à la propriétaire si la clim était dans chaque pièce, il m’a été répondu oui. Ce n’est pas le cas, elle est dans le couloir et il faut tout laisser ouvert pour la sentir. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ est trop longue, normal la propriétaire parle trop pour ne rien dire, de plus il m’a été demandé un chèque de caution dont on ne m’a jamais parlé avant. Le pire c’est qu’à l’état de sortie, la propriétaire a refusé de nous le rendre. Elle a dit qu’elle nous le renverrait, la seule chose que j’ai pour le moment c’est un sms avec la photo du chèque coupé en 3 par sms… Ah j’oubliais ! A la sortie elle m’a fait payer l’électricité consommée sur la semaine… Comme si le prix de la location était pas assez élevé ! 1ère fois de ma vie que l’on me fait ce coup là ! Bref une expérience à oublier

J'ai passé une excellente semaine et merci aux gérants, excellent accueil chaleureux, merci pour leurs accueil et je retournerai dès que possible, La résidence très calme et très agréable et proche du centre ville et de la mer 🌊
