Relaxing Two Bedroom, Two Bath House with private pier and access to the Gulf

Come enjoy Cape Relax. This canal view home is nestled on a quiet street with its own private pier. Pool may be available upon request.

Just under 1500 square feet, the 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home has one queen bed in larger bed room, one queen bed in the second bedroom. Key features include new vinyl plank and tiled floors, spacious living room and outside veranda for early morning coffee.

The living room has a sofa and seating area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with most amenities, including microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Dining area with table and seating for 4 - 6 or you can eat outside overlooking the canal. The home comes with high speed Wi-Fi, central air and ceiling fans in every room, linen for all bedding and towels for the beach.

The house sleeps 4 but there are two extra mattresses for children, if needed.

Golf for you? You have arrived at a great location for Golf, as this area has many Golf courses to fit those with and without budget constraints! Your home-away-from-home, so let the relaxation begin.

Hockey - Fort Meyers

Property a bit dated (manager did email that renovations are planned). Assume line up for renovators is long after the hurricane damage. Would be nice to have kayaks and or bikes available

Quiet & Relaxing

Clean and spacious with new wood laminate floors throughout. Good location on canal near Rumrunners, Cape Harbour, and Pincher's, Tarpon Point Manager Jean was very responsive to any questions. VRBO hosts, Trygve and Mark, were very gracious and accommodating. Will return next year. Cathy, Battle Creek, MI

I am a widower with three children. The memories of great vacations, visiting different continents and cultures, and a strong family bond, has kept us together through the thick and thin.

Cape Relax is where I come to unwind, meditate and shop (hah those can go hand in hand if you want) and recharge my life battery.

Cape Relax has its own ambience. For me, it's peaceful. When sitting on the pier with an early morning coffee (usually because I have major jet lag and am up at 4 am.), I am soothed. No troubles. No stress. No traffic background noise, just the noise of a dolphin chasing fish and surfacing, or a bird.

Life needs to be simple for me. No stress. No pressure to reach a standard of lifestyle or pleasure beyond my physical and financial means.

Cape Relax is a simple home with all the amenities for simple life.

I trust that you will enjoy being here and I look forward to sharing this little oasis with you.

We are continually trying to improve our home, but this will go hand in hand with finances and what I can afford. Now, it offers an above average standard and is comfortable and safe.
