We will be pleased to welcome you in our cottage any comfort, ideal for stays with family or friends.

Located 8km from the seaside resort of St CAST LE GUILDO in a typical village, where you will find all amenities, this cottage includes:

* Ground floor: Nice living room of 18m2 with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, 4 fires, oven, washing machine ...) , A sitting area with a sofa bed and a dining area with adjustable table and 4 chairs.
A room overlooking the garden with 2 single beds (possibility to put them in double bed). A bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.

* FLOOR: A mezzanine with reading corner to relax. A beautiful room with a double bed of 140 * 200 and a sanitary corner with wash hand and toilet.

* OUTSIDE: South facing terrace with dining area, barbecue and a private garden area.

Maison confortable au calme

Belle semaine en Bretagne dans un gîte très cosy avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est bien situé, proche des lieux à visiter. Les hôtes sont au petit soin, à l'écoute et discrets à la fois. Merci pour cela, ne changez rien. Au plaisir de revenir passer quelques jours. Merci

Gite de charme pour rayonner vers la côte d'émeraude

Joli gîte au calme, agréable (mais déconseillé aux personnes de plus d'1m75 :D) , doté d'une terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Commerces à proximité. Emplacement pratique pour rayonner vers Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo et toute la côte d'émeraude.
